What’s next after purchase?

  1. Receive log in details.
  2. Complete Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
  3. Sign and submit questions.
  4. Our assessor will mark your questions and if you pass, you’ll be issued a certification.
  5. Sit back and relax.
  6. Arrange a remote audit
  7. Our assessor will complete the audit
  8. If you pass, you will be issued your certification. However, If you don’t pass, we will provide unlimited feedback to help you update your systems. You will have 30 days to resolve any issues raised. We’ll do our best to make the process stress free for you.
